Billing plans for your full property administration service 

We have a simple and transparent commission model for the administration of short-term apartment rentals so that Landlords always know how much they will actually receive.

25% + VAT

  • All payments are made directly to your personal bank account.

  • By the 5th day of the current month, you will receive a statement of income for the calendar month.

  • Cleaning fees and maintenance are deducted.

  • VAT invoice sent for administration services - 25% + VAT (calculated on the total amount of accommodation received) + income from cleaning services and other ancillary services.​

  • If you do not want to take the risk of short-term rental occupancy, we may offer you a fixed monthly rent, which you will receive regardless of whether the property will rented or not.

  • We will take care of your utility bills, and pay 15% GPM (personal income tax).

How do we calculate the amount due to each owner?

One of Hostlover's core values is transparency, with a personal property owner login, you have real-time monitoring of your property and full information about your income.

RENTAL PRICE

We determine the rental price of the property individually, after analyzing the market and direct competition. At the basic rental price  in the tariff we add the fees from the accommodation platforms and the cleaning fee.

We deduct the commission from the website where the booking was made (if the booking is not direct) and the additional cleaning fee from the total amount of the accommodation reservation.

We deduct the HOSTLOVERS commission from the remaining amount  (25% + VAT).

The final amount payable to the Owner will be the net amount after the deduction of accommodation platform commissions, cleaning fees and  Hostlovers administration fees.
